Unfortunately, that will have to wait until I can drum up a controller that works. Still, a lot more doable than I thought - the first time I did Eson, I only got 80,000, just lazy I guess. I guess it depends on what you mean by "little bit of roaming". I managed 220,000 in Eson in freeplay (which included the fountain, which I don't think you can do in story mode, for 40,000) and I destroyed pretty much everything. Stud farm seems to be easier then in other LEGO games so far. still only done two levels and little bit of roaming in manhatten.
just went to buy the 4x multi and realized the 200k i saw was for another brick. But i waited until i finished mission 2 and roamed around a bit in Manhatten to get 800k for the 4x multi to speed up things. So with ~250k from the first mission i could have bought the 2x multi instantly as it only costs 200k. So, what do you mean by the first line? Is the 2x multiplier in the first level? Okay, that may be true, I did rush a bit. Like most LEGO games, its advised just playing the story first and getting it out of the way to unlock Free Play and activities in Chronopolis. Might not rush through the game but get studs maybe? halfway into lvl 2 and already at 200k aswell.
